Payment and booking procedure
Farm Experience
We are happy to provisionally hold a date; however, a 15% deposit is required to confirm the booking. An invoice will be issued for the deposit and subsequent balance. Final numbers must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the visit date, at which point the remaining balance is due.
VIP Experiences
A 15% deposit is required for advance bookings, and an invoice will be issued. The remaining balance is payable 2 weeks prior to the visit. We are happy to accommodate short-notice bookings, subject to availability.
Short-Notice Bookings:

If a booking is made less than one month prior to the visit date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with full payment due two weeks before the visit.

If a booking is made within two weeks of the visit date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Booking terms and conditions may vary depending on the client and agreement.
Deposits
A 15% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Guest Cancellations

More than 14 days before the scheduled visit:
The deposit is retained. No further payment is due. -
10–5 days prior to commencement of engagement:
The client will be reimbursed 50% of the total payment made. -
4 days (96 hours) or less prior to commencement of engagement:
No refund will be issued. The full fee remains payable.
Weather & Farm Conditions
As this is a working farm, activities may be subject to change due to weather or operational requirements. Where possible, suitable alternative activities will be offered.
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event we must cancel (e.g., severe weather, animal welfare emergency), guests will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
