A Glimpse Into Your Visit

As you step off the coach and breathe in the fresh mountain air, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Del the sheepdog and your host, Erin.

Watch in awe as Erin and her team of expertly trained dogs put on a thrilling sheepdog demonstration. You'll see their incredible skill working with both sheep and, for a twist of fun, some lively runner ducks!

To finish the experience, gather in the characterful old barn for a well-earned cup of tea and freshly baked Welsh cakes. While you're there, take a moment to browse our small gift shop, where you'll find a selection of hand-made gifts crafted right here on the farm.

After guiding the flock into a secure pen, Erin introduces you to the hardy Welsh Mountain sheep—one of the native breeds of Wales, known for being “hefted” to the land. She’ll explain the significance of different wool textures and how traditional sheep grazing helps maintain the upland environment.

Sit down with Erin’s grandparents and other members of the family to hear more stories, ask questions, or simply soak up the atmosphere of this living, working farm.
